That PSoC 5LP in-routing-fabric-Boolean-OR is now responsive. I just needed to build a better circuit with less capacitance or whatever. At the moment I'm doing the i/o characterization with the blue LED and my naked eyeballs because I don't have my oscilloscope with me.
