freemint: i read a bit about the Hayabusa-2, pretty awesome that they're using the T-Kernel.. but I guess it's obvious since it's Japanese and made by NEC

<freemint>
razzy the scheduler is pretty standard. priority and time since execution based scheduling and priority inheritance to prevent priority inversion. They also expose interfaces to implement your own scheduler.
<freemint>
you need priority inheritance when you process of different importance accessing exclude, shared resources (like locks)
<freemint>
The scheduler implementation is not described just it's intended behavior. Other interesting thing: the IO and shared resources are all managed by the kernel that way the Dispatcher can decide which processes are ready.
