<zhima2006> I just build stellar-core on windows, and run the test, it shows "test cases: 95 | 89 passed | 6 failed", "assertions: 100196 | 100190 passed | 6 failed", is this normal?

<garth> Zhima2006 you might want to ask this question in the dev channel or the wallets channel

<sacarlson> lab I guess if we wanted to since the ledgers are open and we know all the accountid numbers held by stellar we can track were the money goes. if they spend it they would probly move to one of the exchanges
<stellar-slack>
<sacarlson> mss-server can do that
<stellar-slack>
<sacarlson> as the FBI would do fallow the money

<sacarlson> in that link they even provided the exchange name they plan to distribute to

<lab> i just wonder why use "offer" instead "auction".
<stellar-slack>
<sacarlson> well I guess it's like a limit order as we use offer in stellars internal trade system

<scott> @lab: I believe there is a couple of things that need to get done before we can turn the auction back on. It believe it will be the same procedures as were used before. There was no particular reason that eva’s post used “offer” instead of “auction"
