I think I figured it out. Read clock was not inverted due to one missing letter in the pb_type.

<acomodi> mithro: As far as I understood, the wrong fasm lines (related to the LUT mode) are relative to an `open` net in the `.net` file, after heavy debugging fasm. Being the net open there are no valid PBs, nor parent PBs relative to it (if this makes sense)
