<edmoore> it also is good for just looking at digital lines
<edmoore> it has decoders for most common protocols
<edmoore> it also has a spectrum analyser built in, which is great for RF stuff

<ZipCPU> The problem was that we had used a Python script to capture all the internal chip information, and to turn it into fixed tables.

<ZipCPU> Instead, the python script sort of precompiles the values, writes them into a giant char * string, and the compiler just copies that into assembler. Not ideal, I dislike it, but I'm not sure I know a better option.
