Also, in interesting news: A few week ago I was asking if it was possible to generate two clocks at the same frequency with dynamic phase shift between the two with the ice40 pll. And turns out it is ! Despite what the icecube lets you select or what the user guide says, if you select GENCLK output, the fine phase shift will still be applied, but on port A output. So basically the FDA block is applied after the output mux of output A (and never on output B.)
