<andlabs> what is the correct way to probe an IC pin with an oscilloscope? my probe has a hook tip and a detachable alligator clip, and I'm not sure if they're the same or not; I've tried measuring some clocks and they're all very dirty non-clock waveforms of the same frequency, and I've also tried measuring the +5VDC line from the power switch and it also doesn't look anything like +5VDC
