<r0bert> thx @ all devs
<r0bert> Q: currently running LE on an rpi1 - makes sense to upgrad to an rpi3b+ or will the ressource requirements not change all too much?

jucaroba has quit [Read error: Connection reset by peer]
<oblikoamorale> what delay?
<mave_> Where can i download a tar file to upgrade to final?
<mave_> for a rpi 3B+
<tommy``> oblikoamorale if i scroll a list of items, seems that the scorlling works after abit i pressed the button
<tommy``> just like it responds a bit later i pressed buttons
<oblikoamorale> ir-keytable -P delay_ms
<tommy``> i follow a guide yesterday oblikoamorale on the forum
<tommy``> where a guy wrote about a value of 375
<tommy``> insstead of 500
<tommy``> if i remember correctly
<oblikoamorale> idk it's all personal, I use 50
<tommy``> oblikoamorale i made this:
<tommy``> ir-ctl -t 50000
<tommy``> ir-keytable -D 375 -P 100
<RaphGro> nice presentation about kodi at fosdem :)
<oblikoamorale> tommy``: nice, now drop it in autostart.sh
<tommy``> now seems the wifi network doesn't work anymore
<tommy``> i got Network error "operation aborted"
fraggle_laptop has quit [Remote host closed the connection]
<tommy``> that's curious, system crash if i try to delete from the list my Network
<tommy``> disablin 5ghz Wifi from router it worked
<tommy``> very strange
<tommy``> oblikoamorale, how i can drop in autostart.sh?

<MunkOil> Hi, just updated LibreELEC to 9.0 from 8.2.5. Can't enable audio passthrough anymore. There is no option to enable that, but the header in the settings menu is still there. I found the option under sound settings while playing a movie, but that option has no effect. I'm on Wetec Play hardware. Any tips on where to start looking?
<MunkOil> I'm connected to my AVR via HDMI

<cage> can you not upgrade directly from 8.2.5?
<cage> getting some error about partition sizes
andy-burns has joined #libreelec
BCMM has joined #libreelec
<mrpelotazo> oblikoamorale: ok, will try it
<TheTrash> cage: dunno about the current space requirements, but the partition size has been enlarged a couple of times in history and the upgrade thingy does not do automatic partitioning, so if your box was upgraded a number of times in the past, at some point it becomes too small.
fraggle_laptop has joined #libreelec
<TheTrash> There's no quick fix, but you can repartition, or backup, do a clean install, then restore the backup.
<TheTrash> This is /flash we're talking about.
<TheTrash> Mine is around 500MB but frankly, I don't remember what version I started out with.

<mrpelotazo> oblikoamorale: works!
<MunkOil> Trying to revert to 8.2.5 from 9.0.0 after some issues on my hardware. I keep getting the same error "Missing (target) kernel.img or SYSTEM!" after done extracting the tar. is it possible to put the content of the tar anyware manually? I tried multiple versions with no success.
<MunkOil> I tried downloading both from the gui and ssh. Same result either way.
