there are some regressions in the GX audio driver that I didn't find time to bisect yet, and until that's done there's not much point giving people images that don't boot well

which is working well, but needs some workarounds that won't be needed once the release ships

the trick is, don't over-adapt (as was hacked in the past)

there are some firmwares, we do not use (dvb e.g.), so in such cases I prefer to do if [ $DISTRO = Lakka ] ... rather then overwriting the variable contents directly

the goal of the build-system is to support that stuff being configurable

it's probably a bit LE specific as nobody ever formally added another distro to our codebase

but the offer made to kivutar in the past still stands

chewitt: the impact is unfortunately that firefox and chrome refuse all downloads, and for instance debian is a bit frustrated about the new user experience is that the iso download is "malware" due to another binary in the archive somewhere.
