Can't hurt to jump on the nightly and test, but I don't think much is going to have changed in a meaningful way.

I have read that in past was not build a new version of LE for some problem on GPU (probably a missing driver) so I was thinking the maybe a modification to the kernel conf was enough to solve the problem.

IIRC the 'quad' chips worked okay but 'dual' had a driver performance issue
