It looks like the first one also supports FM and DAB, which would be nice to have, but I don't know if tvheadend supports those. The second one is more expensive and only does TV. Could it be more reliable?

I am pretty sure you can with teh sat-axe firmware plug a T2 USB into a telestar SAT>IP box and use its for both S and T2. its something to consider. I used to put effort into DVB-T but the day i plugged a sat dish into SAT>ip box is the day i realised I wasted dozens of hours of my life and i should have done this right away. it just works.
