<twanny796> How is the firewall setup in libreelec?
<|Jeroen|> most people just put it in a safe lan i think
<|Jeroen|> not on a wan
<SpeakerToMeat> It might not be %100 easy, but I think maybe an add-on that includes fail2ban could be good
<lrusak> I wouldn't worry about it :)
<lrusak> there is a basic iptables firewall to start
<lrusak> otherwise just disable ssh or use keys only
<SpeakerToMeat> Sorry to ask, but I've been poking aroun... where are themes and built in add-ons located in the / image?
<SpeakerToMeat> Of course, I find them just after I ask, don't I? sigh... /usr/share/kodi/addons isn't it?
<lrusak> Yes
<SpeakerToMeat> Always, the fastest way to find something by myself is to ask it
<SpeakerToMeat> Could've been searching for two days (haven't this time, but happened once with a gcc linking bug), but when I ask, I suddenly find it
<SpeakerToMeat> Then again my plan to establish an overlay fs over /usr/share/kodi/addons/skin.estuary with itself as lower and some directory in /storage as upper to be able to edit the skin is foiled unless I can find a preexisting part of systemd I can hook onto from /storage to have a persisting mount for overlay on boot (and hopefully before kodi starts and reads the skin)
<SpeakerToMeat> I think it might be better to use an alternative skin :(

<vpeter> SpeakerToMeat: Or just put your skin in folder /storage/.kodi/addons.
<SpeakerToMeat> vpeter, Well I could copy estuary over and edit it... and then I could just use diff to move changes with each new update

<EuroTrash> find / |grep estuary, it's probably going to be /usr/share/kodi or something, don't have an LE system handy right now. But agreeing with vpeter. You're going to have to be maintaining some stuff yourself in any case, it's easier to do in the user area than on an OS level.

<PPA> Kwiboo: does your v4l2-request-hwaccel-master-stable ffmpeg fork/branch need anything else to be compatible with 5.11's h264 uAPI?

<SpeakerToMeat> EuroTrash, yes the directory is /storage/.kodi/addon/estuary.skin
<SpeakerToMeat> EuroTrash, Thing is, I just want to change the order and items in home, so I though setting an overlay to overwrite only 1 file would be easier than copying the whole thing over and then having to migrate changes on each upgrade (I'd have to maintain home.xml on my case, but only a single file is easier)
<SpeakerToMeat> I'll do some tests and reach a workable solution
