<BrainDamage> hello, I have a couple of odroid c1 (chipset S805 ) that used to have ethernet working fine, distro is arch linux arm, running the vanilla kernel. I updated the kernel and didn't reboot and suffered from a power loss. Now both boards receive 0 bytes in RX, no DHCP ipv4 gets leased and the switch doesn't see the link. Downgrading the kernel isn't a trivial operation since it's interwined with uboot. Any tips to debug whenever the phy
<BrainDamage> is fried or it's software issue?

<xypron> BrainDamage: at the U-Boot console try: set autoload no; dhcp; Do you get an IP address?
<BrainDamage> xypron: looks like the phys are fried :/ https://paste.rs/HwK
<BrainDamage> thanks
<BrainDamage> actually, disregard that, the cable was badly pluggeed when I tested uboot, uboot can get a dhcp lease
<BrainDamage> https://paste.rs/PAM
<BrainDamage> but booting into linux it fails to get an ip, and even manually assigning one fails to communicate
<BrainDamage> so I guess it's a kernel regression
