<d1b2> <david.lenfesty> azonenberg: do you want a similar API for different STM32's for stm32-cpp, or do you want the same API
<d1b2> <david.lenfesty> kinda working on how to bridge the differences between f1 and f0
<d1b2> <david.lenfesty> Definitely for some of the base useful functions it can be the same (i.e. a SPI read) but the config is gonna have to be different.

<d1b2> <david.lenfesty> actually sorry no, executive decision I don't really have the time to manage writing a HAL on top of the application code, especially if I'm dealing with architecture stuff. The STM32 HAL is Apache 2.0 and BSD 3-clause which I believe both work fine for distribution. I don't particularly like the HAL or how it's implemented but it'll save me a lot of time.
<azonenberg> For now go use that
<azonenberg> We can always refactor the code later. again, primary deliverable is schematic for the host
<azonenberg> everything else is just necessary to validate that

<azonenberg> also correction, i mixed up the shipments. the PT2 probe clips are shipped but not coming today
<azonenberg> Too bad
