Hey can someone clarify the IPFS swarms a bit? I seem to be able to do pubsub between go-ipfs clients, and between js-ipfs clients, but not go-ipfs => js-ipfs. Are they currently bootstrapped with "disconnected" swarms?

in short, we had a nice test suite for legacy-sdk, but after webextensions rewrite we are lacking a lot of features :(

old tests were cool, they run against real browser and had access to browser internals, but with WebExtensions we are lacking basic tooling

what i did so far i created functional (unit) tests in test/functional/
