Bleepshop: Hi, I also have a Linsn RV901T, it should still work with LiteX but I haven't used it that much recently since switched to Colorlight boards for similar applications
<_florent_>
With Etherbone, you can control the internal bus of the SoC from your Host, so can reflash the board with a simple SPI peripheral
<_florent_>
Melkhior: Thanks for the framebuffer definition in the .dts. You are probably the first one trying to add a keyboard with Linux, we should probably first finish the GPIO IRQ support to enable that.

_florent_: What is the purpose of the "dev" option in litex_setup.py and why would one want to use it? If you're doing devel, wouldn't you _want_ to update litex_setup.py to merge/rebase?

@_florent_ Yes, if there's no IRQ support for GPIO in Linux/Litex then ps2-gpio won't work
<Melkhior>
I probably need the Ethernet more, but haven't investigated hwy it works as MII in the BIOS but doesn't work in Linux, maybe I'll try next week-end
<Melkhior>
But last week-end wanted to have a go at a 'Litex PC' with a screen and keyboard :-)

cr1901_modern: litex_setup by default does an auto-update, I use the dev option to disable it to be able to test the litex_setup when editing it

_florent_: Thanks for the info. Now I need to get my shit together, get LiteX to install, hack together a JTAG adapter out of a Pi or Arduino and try this sometime as soon as I get the the CNC reassembled and off the workbench. LOL

Does litex (especially in the context of wishbone) have a method for handling crossing clock domains, or does that have to be done by han?

dormito, as far as I know there's no wishbone cdc blocks yet, but there's an axi-lite cdc and adapters between wishbone and axi-lite
