Hi! I am trying to upload a file using js-ipfs-api and I am able to upload to my cluster successfully, however I was wondering what I needed to pass in via the "options" variable in order to "wrap" the file in a directory (aka use the -w flag), as well as pass the flag "-pin". I am unable to figure out how to make the file go into a directory using js-ipfs-api (specifically the ipfs.files.add function).

Yep, I understand that would work, however I would prefer to use the native way via the http api. There is an option on upload to wrap with directory when directly controlling the Post request, but the js-ipfs-api just "hides" the post request stuff and offers abstracted methods, thus why I am asking how to specify that variable on upload.

Filecoin’s concept sounds more difficult than BitTorrent. In BitTorrent, each peer either send the file they already have or receive the file they want to have. Question: Has there been any consideration around exposing a secured API endpoint for remote control of nodes? I know the API port can be opened up locally but that is insecure and it would be cool if a separate/remote libp2p node could address the API from afar (for example, to control pinning)
