oof, the bulletproofs optimization i was excited about is less exciting: i forgot about the 2log(n) L and R points in each proof, which are different for different proofs. so there are 18 additional points per rangeproof rather than 4, so the hit will be more like 5-600us rather than the 200us that benedikt mentioned in his talk
