My Note 2 n7100 doesn't ask me for my pin with cm10.1. I have wiped everything. I have tried to flash a stock rom, root and flash cwm again, and then wipe everything again and flash cm. It still doesn't ask for a pin code. I have tried with and without gapps, no difference.

I have noticed that, when idle on airplane mode, an i9100 drains very, very little battery. My question is: Is the hardware using most of the extra power, or is it that the RIL generates too many messages -- causing Android to use more processor time?
