hello there, I am considering buying a TinyFGPAEx from here: https://www.crowdsupply.com/tinyfpga/tinyfpga-ex. It looks the DRAM is a "HyperRam" and the refresh cycles look to be handled by the chip itself. Are they easy to program on the user side? Did any of you already program the TinyFPGAEx with Yosys?

But as for your original question, hyperram is about as easy as you can get for a modern RAM interface with a decent bandwidth. Not crazy like DDR3 but you still need to pay attention and play with the capture data phases.
