The HDMI patches seems to be working for everybody for the moment, except for 4K@60Hz users. 1366x768 capable screen users didn't manifest in 3 weeks, so IMHO we can consider this resolution as very esoteric for desktop users.

<IgorPec>
Miouyouyou: hey
<IgorPec>
1366x768 is not that critical if not tested. what is the problem with 4k60hz?
<Miouyouyou>
The tinky can't go that fast
<Miouyouyou>
4K@60Hz require a 500Mhz HDMI Clock I think.
<IgorPec>
ok, then we are done here
<IgorPec>
i also recall that only 30hz is max
<Miouyouyou>
Yeah
<Miouyouyou>
Kwiboo tried to push it to 60Hz but said it was way too glitchy
<IgorPec>
ok i am about to merge that in
<Miouyouyou>
Alright. I'll then resend a push request with the reworked patches, in order to check that everything is still ok with the rework. And then we should be completely done with HDMI on the RK3288 side.
<Miouyouyou>
The rework is just some patches merge
<IgorPec>
aha, a new PR. ok
<Miouyouyou>
Yeah, better integrate the patches that were tested (with my current PR) and then let people retest the patches merge. The merge is not essential, it's just for internal cleanup.
<Miouyouyou>
It looks better "for us", but the user won't see a difference, nor care
<Miouyouyou>
However, the current PR really improves the experience.
