<Tonymac32> yes. I have reduced those, but not eliminated. I think moderation will work fine

<Werner> There is no need to eliminate carbs completely. It is not a good idea anyways but reducing those significantly working great.
<Tonymac32> it also greatly increases the likelihood of continuing the diet. ;)

<Werner> I do running and go to the gym from time to time. Less frequently since the corona breakout...

<Tonymac32> now I do 5 and think I am dead

<IgorPec> here is also a bit difficult, but at thome i got lots of tracks
<Tonymac32> so, the trails here are managed by each county/town, so you get 2-3 km of good surface, then some dirt, then good again, etc
