<IgorPec> good morning
<Werner> Haha. Invision fixed the acp and suggested to apply the patch for the acp. I tried doing that and guess what? It rendered the acp to be unusable again ^^
<IgorPec> but they have only read only access i think
<Werner> Would not make much sense because this way they could not fix things.
<IgorPec> not sure
<IgorPec> what was the end resoult , perhaps its r/w
<IgorPec> we have lots of issues around this (simple) problem :)
<Werner> If it works out to make them fix issues it is good enough.

<Werner> IgorPec, when updating the forums to 4.5 did you need to provide ftp access in the acp in order to process the update?
chewitt has quit [Quit: Zzz..]
<IgorPec> no
<IgorPec> so far we never needed ftp
nologin has quit [Ping timeout: 258 seconds]
<Werner> Hm interesting. They pointed me to a different link in the acp to apply the mentioned patch. Could not proceed due to the root cause which was lacking license access. Waiting for their answer on this.
nologin has joined #armbian
<Werner> https://snipboard.io/NnWlr0.jpg see the ftp details tab. Maybe you had that too but you could simply skip it.
<IgorPec> why you need that?
<IgorPec> they provided some upgrade or what?
<Werner> Yes. I guess this shall prevent the acp from crashing
chewitt has joined #armbian
<IgorPec> werner: what i have to do now
<IgorPec> CP is working
<Werner> Actually nothing. I asked invision to fix this license access stuff so I can apply the patch myself
<IgorPec> great!
<IgorPec> ok, then i can go to office :)

<Werner> rneese, need an irc bouncer?
<rneese> no I need to review route and I think after 6 years its starting to fail
<Werner> ok
<rneese> which is funny its a a/g/n/c routher
<rneese> and running ddwrt
<rneese> so it should work fine but it gets hot and power cycles
<buZz> rneese: i've seen powersupplies for router fail after many years, dropping in voltage
<buZz> which might mean your router is getting the wrong voltage for operation
<buZz> -or- could just be a dirty heatsink ofcourse :P
<rneese> well I took it apart back in feb and cleaned it with can of air and cleaned the case very little dirt in it
<rneese> I will grab a vm and test the power brick

<pavelbian> I have a question about Pine H64 and Alwinner H6 in general. Does it run panfrost in armbian out of the box? Can it accelerate chromium?
<Werner> Not oob. acceleration is disabled by default to inrease stability.
<c0rnelius> so is it just me or does the new cpu freq added for allwinner h5 in 5.9.y not work on the nanopi neo plus2?
<c0rnelius> i ended up having to pull everything out of sun50i-h5-cpu-opp.dtsi and put it in sun50i-h5.dtsi to get it to work.
<Werner> Is sun50i-h5-cpu-opp.dtsi included in the dedicated dt for the neo plus2? maybe someone just forgot to put the include line there?
<c0rnelius> thats what I was thinking. But when I added the include it flipped out.
<c0rnelius> maybe it will get sorted on the next rev
